WoM has officially closed our auditions and we are thrilled to welcome five talented singers to our WoM family. Congratulations to our newest members!

Caroline Gadonas

Former president of the Muhlenberg Dynamics, Caroline brings serious variety to WoM’s artistic range. She has performed jazz improv and has provided vocal accompaniment to lutes, viola da gamba, and other exotic instruments in a chamber/period music group. Caroline is a classically trained pianist and, if you thought she couldn’t do it all, is currently teaching herself ukulele. Oh, did we mention she works at the British Embassy? Super casual.

Adam Bradley

Rockstar by night, a cappella nerd also by night. You can hear Adam’s powerful pipes at your local watering hole, when he performs as the lead singer for DC rock-pop group Sub-Radio Standard. Adam is a native NoVa resident and WoM’s third alumnus of American University’s On A Sensual Note, where he served as musical director and soloed on everything from Queen to Bill Withers.

Emmy Newcomb

Emmy joins WoM from the illustrious ranks of William and Mary’s all-female a cappella group Passing Notes, another group WoM is familiar with, where she served as President and Tour Manager. A self-labeled “Beatles superfan,” Emmy has been singing since 3rd grade and cut her chops performing in show choirs, musical theater shows, and competitive choir in addition to her collegiate aca-experience.

Noah
Noah Farrell

A graduate of the prestigious UMD Faux Paz, Noah comes to WoM with solid competition experience, helping bring Faux to the ICCA semifinals in both 2012 and 2013 as VP and soloist. The breadth of Noah’s musical comfort zone is also impressive—he has received professional opera training and listens to“every single genre” of music, from Swedish Djent Metal (we are not sure what that is) to the “pinkist bubble gum pop” (I think we’re even less sure of that one).

Jamie
Jamie Rosenberg

Jamie sang her way into WoM’s heart as a former musical director of the distinguished all-female GW Sirens where she soloed and performed VP (#femaleVPrespect). You can find her performing on DC’s famous Karaoke League circuit in her spare time, or testing her self-chosen superpower, the ability to read animals’ minds.
